Los productos que vende con mis imágenes son cuentos antes de dormir, y el otro habla sobre la historia de la cerámica china...( No me salen los caracteres chinos pero el traductor de chrome me lo traduce)
Han editado los dibujos quitado marcas de agua, rediseñando/ajustado la imagen recortando y poniendo cosas a mansalva sin permiso ni aviso a los respectivos autores, y este caso, a mi misma.
Según he leído en journals del DA del usuario dashima dicen las obras robadas se usan en los paquetes de mercancías y no se sabe si existen o no más obras robadas en su interior.

El mayor  problema recae en que han sido robadas con fines lucrativos.

Pido que la gente entre en la web de la compañia que es esta:

Mire todos sus productos para ver si también han sido robados.

Además en su web hay información de contacto, osino en el journal de también sale la información.

Pero, aunque suene pesimista, en china la ley del copyright es muy diferente a la nuestra. Ni copyright, ni patentes, ni Sinde...todo se la suda.
Incluso hacen ferias de los "plagios mejorados más baratos"... han plagiado incluso a las propias CLAMP o Apple ... asi que.. dudo que se pueda hacer algo...

Aún así informaré a Ficomic del caso ( ya que la imagen que han robado les pertenece en parte) y yo, por mi parte le escribiré una buena notita... que fijo que harán oidos sordos.

El usuario de Deviantart llamado Naiwi11 me ha informado que en la web de Gaia Online un tal usaurio llamado Tanemung-chi se está haciendo pasar por mi.


Podeís ver las impresos pantalla de los post escritos por esta persona.

Cómo podeis ver, es un usuario que se hace pasar por mí (suplantación de personalidad), y vende encargos de dibujos a cambio de "dinero virtual" del juego.
Nunca he jugado a Gaia Online, asi que no sé como se consigue ese dinero, si es cambio de dinero real, o es dinero que se consigue en el juego matándose a jugar..

Lo unico que sé esque parece ser que muchos usuarios han caido en la estafa y le ha pagado hasta la mitad del dinero que ella pedia por cada dibujo.

Si podeis ver, en la pagina 11 de ese hilo de post la gente comienza a preocuparse y pregunta por su encargo, ya que han pagado pero no han recibido nada.

Este usuario sólo cogía la pasta y se piraba, y claro, ahora me viene la gente a mi reclamandome su dinero "virtual".

Voy a dejarlo claro, para todos:


NO TENGO CUENTA EN GAIA ONLINE.

Jamás he entrado a jugar o a postear en su foro, no sé como funciona ni tengo idea que se hace en este juego.

He reportado el caso a los adminsitradores de la web, pero dicen que tardaran una semana en contestarme.
¿Y que harán? Lo más posible que solo baneen este usuario y borren el post.
 Me siento mal por la gente timada, me gustaría poder ayudarles de una forma u otra, pero no puedo hacer otra cosa que denunciar el tema en la web de Gaia y esperar.

Pido que por favor, a la gente que frecuente esa web, informe a todos los usarios de esta estafa.

Y también que, por favor, nunca vuelvan a dar dinero si la procedencia del vendedor/artista/usuario es de dudosa procedencia.

Deberían haberme informado antes de este problema y nadie habría caído en esta estafa, pero sólo me han informado cuando ya habian dado el dinero y comenzaban a sospechar.

Yesterday afternoon I finally solve the problem of my computer.
It was the power supply, as I thought ... But then some memory slots and the graphics card had been soiled with dust. I did not notice and I was desperate (and very angry xD) to me repaired. Ayer tarde por fin pude solucionar el problema del ordenador.
Al final era la fuente de alimentación tal como me esperaba... lo que ocurrió después es que algunas ranuras de memoria y la tarjeta gráfica se habían llenado de polvo de cuando lo estuve limpiando ( lo arrastre o yo que sé), y tonta de mí que no me di cuenta, fui desesperada( y cabreada xD) a que me lo repararan. Allí ya dieron con el problema y por ser una memez no me cobraron. A cambio, por ser tan simpáticos, yo les hago publi xD( pos ale, el pcbox de Badalona) y por fin pude llegar al escritorio de mi pc y usarlo normalmente xD.

Pos na,ahora tengo que ponerme con la faena tras estas mini vacaciones de ordenador. Espero que Atzur no me mate xD

Pues nada, que estoy mu cabreada ( como de costumbre xD,no?) Y es que un flipado sin verguenza se esta haciendo pasar por mi.
